Gluten Free Carrot Zucchini Bread
Spring is finally here! The days are longer and warmer and as Easter draws near our tastebuds have started to crave something a little different. I'm not sure about you, but there was always a carrot cake on our Easter table and these flavors have inspired our newest addition. We took our classic zucchini bread, mixed in tons of shredded carrot, sweet pineapple and raisins to bring you the perfect dessert for your celebration. We hope you love it!

Handling: Bread may be kept at room temperature, however, refrigeration will extend its shelf life. Please use or freeze within 5 days of receiving. If freezing wrap tightly with plastic wrap and let thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination it is made in the same facility that also produces products containing gluten.
Ingredients: Zucchini, carrot, crushed pineapple, rice based gluten-free flour, pure cane sugar, canola oil, eggs, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking soda, baking powder.
