Spring is finally here! The days are longer and warmer, and as Easter draws near, our tastebuds have started to crave something a little different. I'm not sure about you, but there was always a carrot cake on our Easter table, and these flavors have inspired our newest addition. We took our classic zucchini bread, mixed in tons of shredded carrot, sweet pineapple, and raisins to bring you the perfect dessert for your celebration. We hope you love it!
