Over the years we have had our share of not-so-perfect breads come out of the oven. One particularly busy day during the Christmas season we even coined these breads as “misfits” (as in the land of misfits from the classic Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer movie). These breads, while not perfect, are often our most delicious. I just pop them in the freezer and give them to friends and family or donate some to shelters when we have an abundance. Handling: Bread may be kept at room temperature, however, refrigeration will extend its shelf life. Please use or freeze within 5 days of receiving. If freezing wrap tightly with plastic wrap and let thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
